Standing Orders Club
We have a very special idea of a Wine Club at Vincent Arroyo Winery - you design your own "allocation" each year. We then reserve those wines for you each year, and you can change that reservation at any time, so every year you get exactly the wines that you select.
How it works:
To become a "standing order" customer, you must order wine online, purchase wine in our tasting room, or call us to make a purchase. At that time you need to let us know that you'd like these wines to become your "standing order". We will process your order and remember it for the future.
In January of each year, we will then generate an invoice for you that reflects your remembered "standing order" request, with the newest vintage of each wine in the standing order. The invoice is sent to you in the mail, along with instructions on how to confirm or modify your order for that year. Confirming the order requires a 50% deposit to be paid in January, and the balance is charged when the wine ships in the fall.
The invoice is only a reservation until it has been confirmed. If we do not hear back from you by January 31st, we will cancel the order. There is no obligation in becoming a Standing Order customer.
Once your Standing Order invoice is confirmed each year, you are assured of receiving those wines (many wines which sell out before bottling). We bottle our wines each year at the end of the summer. The Standing Orders are shipped (weather permitting) or available for pickup after September 1st of each year.
Our Standing Order Customers are very important to us. As a Standing Order customer, we will offer you special releases that may run out before notice is sent to the mailing list. Additionally, you will have the first reminders of the events that occur at the winery each year.
