Standing Orders and Futures Wines
We have a very special idea of a Wine Club at Vincent Arroyo Family Winery - you design your own "allocation" each year. We then reserve those wines for you each year, and you can change that reservation at any time, so every year you get exactly the wines that you select.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A NEW ONLINE ORDERING PROGRAM. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAD ONE UNDER THE OLD SYSTEM. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP YOU TOO!
How it works:
To become a standing order customer, you must order wine online, purchase wine in our tasting room, or call us to make a purchase. At that time, let us know you'd like there wines to become your Standing Order. We will process it and rememeber it for the future. In January of each year, we will generate an invoice for you that reflects your remembered "standing order" request, with the newest vintage of each wine in the standing order. The invoice is sent to you in the mail, along with instructions on how to confirm or modify your order for that year. Confirming the order requires a 50% deposit to be paid in January, and the balance is charged when the wine ships or is picked up in the fall.
The invoice is only a reservation until it has been confirmed. If we do not hear back from you, we will cancel the order. There is no obligation in becoming a Standing Order customer.
Our Standing Order Customers are very important to us. As a Standing Order customer, we will offer you special releases that may run out before notice is sent to the mailing list. Additionally, you will have the first reminders of the events that occur at the winery each year. Plus much more!
